Sinclair Skinner is currently Adrian Fenty's highly paid right-hand-man on the campaign trail (as you can see in the picture above.) He owns a dry cleaning business across from Howard University called Georgia Avenue Kleaners (which apparently has closed for good now).  He is a former ANC commissioner of 1B09.  He is the self-proclaimed president of the Lower Georgia Avenue Business Association.  He is a Howard University Alumni where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity (the same fraternity as Adrian Fenty.)  He is the force behind the infamous "Gramzilla" posters. He is also the publisher of the “Georgia Avenue Defender” and the “U-Street Defender.”
